Refunds


You have guarantees that cannot be excluded under consumer laws.

 

RDSM.Co Jewellery warranty period is from the date of delivery, or from the date of pickup, and it will only be for seven (7) days, this warranty allows the buyer to inspect the product, however this warranty DOES NOT cover wear and tear due to neglect such as (but not limited to) scratching the product, putting it in harsh chemicals etc. RDSM.Co Jewellery has the final say and discretion of whether or not to accept the claim.

 

RDSM.Co Jewellery offers NO EXCHANGE and NO REFUNDS but will accept claims under the seven (7) day warranty period in which RDSM.Co Jewellery will come to a resolution at RDSM.Co Jewellery’s Discretion, unless specified under consumer laws. RDSM.Co Jewellery will not accept a claim after the warranty period of seven (7) days and it is solely the responsibility of you, the buyer, unless otherwise specified by a team member of RDSM.Co Jewellery.
