Warranties, Guarantees, refunds, returns and terms & conditions (T&Cs)
You have guarantees that cannot be excluded under consumer laws.
RDSM.Co Jewellery warranty period is from the date of delivery, or from the date of pickup, and it will only be for seven (7) days, this warranty allows the buyer to inspect the product, however this warranty DOES NOT cover wear and tear due to neglect such as (but not limited to) scratching the product, putting it in harsh chemicals etc. RDSM.Co Jewellery has the final say and discretion of whether or not to accept the claim.
RDSM.Co Jewellery offers NO EXCHANGE and NO REFUNDS but will accept claims under the seven (7) day warranty period in which RDSM.Co Jewellery will come to a resolution at RDSM.Co Jewellery’s Discretion, unless specified under consumer laws. RDSM.Co Jewellery will not accept a claim after the warranty period of seven (7) days and it is solely the responsibility of you, the buyer, unless otherwise specified by a team member of RDSM.Co Jewellery.
Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
By purchasing our product and services you acknowledge, abide and agree by the terms and conditions, the following terms and conditions are agreed upon by both the buyer and the seller:
You understand and agree the prices are justified, as RDSM.Co Jewellery packages, and provides the requirements owning the jewellery, i.e the cloth, the packaging and so on. RDSM.Co also wraps the packaging and prepares for shipment or pickup, therefore you understand the cost of the product includes these services and hence not just for the product itself. You understand and agree the materials are silver plated, you understand and agree silver plated is 925 which is an element of the colour only, meaning a metal is dipped into the silver colour, that metal is including but not limited to, brass, nickel, stainless steel. You understand and agree if the colour of the product is other than silver, it would therefore still be considered silver plated but in the form of the specified colour. You understand and agree that the material is not 925 Sterling Silver, and that RDSM.Co Jewellery is not held of any liability if the buyer, you, assumed that the material it is 925 Sterling Silver (this material is not 925 Sterling Silver). However, RDSM.Co will specify in the description if the material is not Silver plated and is another material. Please understand when the message: PLEASE NOTE: THIS MATERIAL IS SILVER PLATED is in the description, it is the definition of what was said of the first line in this paragraph: You understand and agree the materials are silver plated, you understand and agree silver plated is not an element but a colour, meaning a metal is dipped into a silver colour, that metal is including but not limited to, brass, nickel, stainless steel.
You understand and agree the misuse of the product will result in damage, staining, tarnishing and/or colour change, these are not covered under any warranty, guarantee, refunds or returns, and RDSM.Co Jewellery is not held accountable for such misuse.
Anything not mentioned in the terms & conditions will be assessed by the relevant team and the consumer laws policies.
